Keep track of all maintenance requests and repairs with Roomazon’s comprehensive maintenance management system.

Creating Maintenance Issues

To log a new maintenance request:

  1. Navigate to the Maintenance section
  2. Click “Report New Issue”
  3. Select the property and category (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  4. Add a detailed description
  5. Set priority level (low, medium, high, urgent)
  6. Upload photos if available

Issue Categories

Organize issues by category:

  • Plumbing: Leaks, clogs, pipe issues
  • Electrical: Outlets, lighting, wiring
  • HVAC: Heating, cooling, ventilation
  • Appliances: Refrigerator, washer, dryer issues
  • General: Painting, cleaning, miscellaneous
  • Emergency: Issues requiring immediate attention

Status Workflow

Track issues through these status stages:

  • Reported: Initial status when issue is logged
  • In Progress: Work has begun on the issue
  • Completed: Issue has been resolved
  • Cancelled: Issue was cancelled or not needed
